Audra Martin works for our Water Quality Division as project coordinator for the Commission's eff orts that concern wetlands and the Long Island Sound Study. She is the coordinator of NEIWPCC wetlands groups, which comprise representatives from the federal and state agencies, as well as people for the purpose of discussions on issues that are common with all. Then there is The New England Biological Assessment of Wetlands Workgroup. It is one of numerous regional workgroups throughout the nation, this group helps to improve methods of wetlands surveillance and assessment.
